Features include tied glulaminated timber trusses supported on base, fixed cantilevered steel columns together with end gable. Constructed using steel reinforced hollow block masonry. Sports Hall, Changing Rooms, The three buildings are part of an expansion programme which is near completion. The sport hall is characterised by a unique parabolic shaped roof, a north facing high level glazed curtain walling and 20m inside clear spans.
